Strategically located in the Indian Capital of New Delhi, Olive has a 10,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art Development Centre with 100% power back-up. The company also operates from well-equipped customer support and business development offices in Cardiff, UK; Vancouver, Canada; Dubai, UAE; Ruwi, Oman; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Melbourne, Australia; Espoo, Finland; and Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The sprawling development centre is well-planned and environment-friendly, housing our headquarters, as well as the Development, Design, SEO, Web Hosting, Sales/Marketing and Customer Support Divisions. While separate space is allotted to each project, the office also features a large and well-fitted Conference Room, Meeting Rooms, a full-fledged Training Zone complete with projector facility and a spacious Recreation Area. The Conference Room has a presentation workstation with a 19 inch colour monitor.

Olive's development centre offers a comprehensive security layer including built-in fault tolerance, power and system redundancy, policy-based management, traffic filtering and access control services. Physical security at the development centre is ensured as well and an advanced fire-suppression system is also in place to prevent any fire from spreading.

Latest Hardware set-up
Our development centre infrastructure includes 6 servers running Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 and 2 servers running Linux Red Hat ES 3.0 on 100 MBPS network wherein services (IIS, Proxy, SQL 2000, Active Directory, Apache, MySQL, Firewalls, SAMBA, QMail, HTB) are distributed within them. A cluster of servers running services in array provides necessary fault tolerance.

Top-of the-rack Internet Infrastructure
The online infrastructure consists of the following setup:

»	3 Windows 2003 Servers with RACKSPACE, USA

Olive's in-house infrastructure is connected to the Internet using a 1 MB Leased Line. We also have a redundant array of two ADSL connections in case of a failover.

All workstations have 17/19 inch monitors & high quality AGP cards, running Windows XP Professionals and Linux desktops. Our new-generation workstations feature the latest in technology tools and all are equipped with UPS and 24-hour power back-up. High-Speed Communication & Constant Client Interaction
Our development centre in New Delhi, India, is fully networked with high-speed communication links and equipped with powerful hardware and software. Keeping in mind our rapidly expanding offshore business and the subsequent requirement of close coordination with our clients, the company has opted for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to introduce a better, faster and extremely cost-effective communication process. We also keep in touch with our clients via Instant Messaging software, Skype phone software and e-mail.
